The Buckeyes and Spartans will do battle next week in East Lansing, and the Big Ten foes are both coming off impressive performances. Urban Meyer and Co. have opened as 22-points favorites for the Big Ten showdown.

Ohio State dropped Maryland by a score of 62-3 and Michigan State bounced back to trounce Rutgers 49-0. The Spartans' season hasn't gone the way that anyone expected, and their victory over the hapless Scarlet Knights was Mark Dantonio's first conference win of the season.

The Spartans (3-7) opened the season with a win over Furman and then went on the road and took care of business in South Bend. Following the win over the Irish, Mark Dantonio saw his team lose seven straight games – including losses to the likes of Illinois and Maryland – before yesterday's win over Rutgers.

The Buckeyes and Spartans are set to kickoff at 12PM. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
