A new date is set for Ohio State to host the Huskers.

Originally scheduled to tip-off in Columbus on Jan. 22, the second meeting between Nebraska and the Buckeyes will now take place on March 1 at 7 p.m. at the Schottenstein Center, Ohio State announced Tuesday. The first date was postponed two days ahead of time due to COVID-19 issues in Fred Hoiberg's program.

Ohio State defeated Nebraska 87-79 in a game that went to overtime in Lincoln on Jan. 2. It was the Buckeyes' first game back from a 22-day layoff due to a COVID-19 outbreak in the Ohio State program.

The Buckeyes are also expected to reschedule their lone meeting of the regular season with Iowa, which was scheduled to take place last Thursday before travel issues and inclement weather in Ohio caused it to be postponed.

Ohio State next takes the court Wednesday in Piscataway as the Buckeyes face Rutgers on the road at 7 p.m.
