Happy Monday, Eleven Warriors!

For This Week's Question, I am reaching a bit further back on the Buckeye timeline for answers than what I usually propose: Which Buckeye quarterback prior to 2000 would you most want to watch run Ryan Day's offense?

Some of the other staff at Eleven Warriors have said they would like to see names such as Joe Germaine and Bobby Hoying. Ramzy made an emphatic case that Art Schlichter would post even more absurd stats than what he achieved in Bruce Earle's "Jurassic-era" offense. However, I am not convinced Day would give Schlichter enough of a leash to throw 46 career interceptions again (a school record that will never be broken).

Day found some fun ways to deploy Justin Fields as a scrambler in red zone situations, so I am going to go with Kirk Herbstreit. I learned only this year about the Sunshine Scooter's incredible 72 yard touchdown run against Minnesota in 1991, so the memory remains fresh in my head.

Who from the last century do you want to see at the helm of the current Ohio State offense?

Secret Bonus Question: I live three blocks away from FTX Arena in Miami, and have been a Jimmy Butler loyalist since my days writing about the Chicago Bulls. My soul is a little bruised this morning, so I am curious what you think of Butler's decision to shoot a hero ball three at the end of ECF Game 7 last night?
