I hate to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately it looks like Dwayne had a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit, tested positive for ketamine, and had a female companion in the car. He made some poor decisions but that shouldn't overshadow how much good he did in his short time on Earth.
