Division Realignment That Actually Makes Sense?

I've always been miffed at how the B1G did it's divisions.

When they first did Leaders and Legends (the names themselves are dumb enough) The Leaders division was absolutely stacked with Ohio State, Penn State and Wisconsin all on the same side.

With the East and West, The East is STACKED and has never lost the conference title game. It almost isn't right whoever wins the East usually gets to house whoever comes out of the West. (See 2014, 2018, 2021 results.)

Is there any combination out there that would make the divisions a little more balanced? Or is divisonless football really the best option available? Can't help feel like we're just going to see Ohio State/Penn State, Ohio State/Michigan rematches for the foreseeable future if that's the case.

(Mod Edit: Deleting your dupe, Cole.)
