Apparently there's a second Ohio State NIL Collective starting called the Cohesion Foundation. It's started by former Ohio State player Gary Marcinick, with testimonials from Jack Nicklaus and Archie Griffin and on the board, among others, are Gary Nicklaus (Jack's son), Robert Schottenstein, Zach Boren.  Seems to be similar to THE Foundation in that they're going to pay for charitable appearances. Interestingly though they're an official sponsor of Ohio State Athletics, so it seems like there's some sort of more official connection to the university than with THE Foundation, which surprises me a little that OSU would take a sponsorship from an NIL collective. I doubt the two will be in competition per se because they have the same purpose (pay OSU players), and at least on the surface there are Schottensteins connected with both, but I wonder how many of these things there will end up being.  Seems like the more there are it's just a needless duplication of efforts.
