After the Rose Bowl, I flipped to ESPN News to listen to more postgame.

If you missed it, the band started playing Carmen Ohio and Herbstreit asked Fowler to be quiet so he could listen. Fowler kept talking and Herbstreit asked again more bluntly, and Fowler paused the commentary.

He gets a bunch of hate. Some of it may be deserved.

But, I personally thought it was awesome to have a former captain do that, and thought some of you might be interested.
