So when does it happen?

Would it not be better before the early signing date?  So player know what they are signing up for.  And a good hire might intice a signing or two.

I’m watching the D’s today and we aren’t close.  Lots needs to change ( thanks Captain Obvious).  All year we have not played anywhere close to the level I see for Cinci no less GA or Bama.
