Looks like yet another wet game. What's up w/ all these OSU games being rainy? 

Not a lot of wind so hopefully won't affect the passing game too much. At least Stroud has experience w/ a wet ball at this point. 

Is anyone laying the spread tonight? 19 & a half seems steep. Expecting PSU to come out fired up.
