To me Stroud comes across as a talented QB who just isn't ready to start yet. Perhaps the same is true for Miller and McCord. I think Stroud would have benefited tremendously from sitting and learning longer. Mac Jones? Joe Burrow? If you've been in the program 3 years and you're not going to start then leave but too many QBs want to play right away and most aren't up to it.
