Only 1 CURRENT college football team is riding a streak of 3 NC winning coaches in a row. Very very impressive accomplishment.

The Ohio State Buckeyes can join exclusive company if Ryan Day secures atleast 1 NC in his tenure (as his predecessors Urban Meyer & Jim Tressel both accomplished the feat during their HOF careers in Columbus. (I do not count the Luke Fickel disaster season, he was an interim coach, never hired as a permanent HC of the Ohio State program).

So after acknowledging the Luke Intern 2011 season disclaimer: I only know of 3 other programs that have had 3 coaches in a row win it all... What an accomplishment! (1 of these programs is currently riding the streak, the other 2 schools have to look way back in their past & relive their golden days to find 3 NC winning coaches in a row).
