Earlier this week, I noticed during Prime Day that some 11Ws were considering purchasing sous vide. I've done some research and am seriously considering purchasing one myself.

Has anyone had experience cooking this way? Before I make a purchase, I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide some tips or the pros and cons of cooking this way?
