Today is about the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. May it never be forgotten.

IT ALWAYS LOOKS COOLER IN GRAPHS. If somebody said, "Ohio State is dominating the B1G in recruiting," you would look at them and say, "Uh, no shit?"

But things, for whatever reason, always look cooler in graphs.

Here are the number of commitments each B1G school possesses, via ESPN's Tom VanHaaren:

And here are how many of those commitments are featured in ESPN's Top 300

URBAN POISED TO FLIP THE NO 1 OT? Allen, Texas' Greg Little is the No. 1 OT prospect in the 2016, and he's been committed to Texas A&M since June 2014. Those are just words in the wind, however, until pen is put to paper in February of 2016.

Will Kevin Sumlin hold onto his talented #teen? The sharks are circling.

From Greg Powers of Scout.com:

"Right now I am about 50% committed," Little reported. "I have a couple of visits coming up and that is about it right now."

[...]

"Visits coming up I have Ole Miss, Alabama at the beginning of June," Little explained. "Also Ohio State, LSU and Texas A&M."

Those are some heavy hitters, but only one of them wields a College Football Playoff Trophy. (I've almost come to love how generic it sounds.) Plus, Ohio State is the only one to employ THE SLOB CREATOR, Ed Warinner. (All royalties due to Denny for that genius name.)

THE BEST PLACE FOR AN OUTBREAK. Earlier this week, I pined for the Los Angeles Lakers to draft D'Angelo Russell at No. 2 overall. While there are perks to launching a professional sports career in the nation's No. 2 media market, Philadelphia might be the best basketball-centric place for him to land.

From H. Ben Davis of BTPowerhouse.com:

D'Angelo Russell is in a great situation after the draft lottery as he will almost certainly be headed to one of three major markets in the NBA. He will, however, be in the best position if he ends up in Philadelphia. The opportunity he would be given to have control of the offense and be able to dish it off to two big men he can grow with over the next decade would be ideal. If he ends up going third to the Sixers, Russell would immediately be my favorite to win rookie of the year in the 2015-2016 season and could end up turning the Sixers' franchise around with the help of their already existing young core.

76ers will soon prove what many have long known: It only pays to either win championships or be the worst team in the NBA. Philly's roster is going to be loaded for years to come, especially if Nerlens Noel and Joel Embiid hit their ceilings.

RAHAL PLACES FIFTH. Columbus' own, Graham Rahal, the No. 15 IndyCar driver and a man with impeccable style, placed fifth yesterday at the prestigious Indianapolis 500.

The Indianapolis 500 is an event that maintains a "2 Marionaire Gunz Up" rating with my agency. It's like a Midwest Mecca of sorts. I will never unsee that afternoon in the infield, which is both a blessing and a curse.

Long live the Indy 500.

... BUT I CAME HERE FOR THE SKYLINE #TAKE. Oh, it's true. Yesterday, I went into the heart of Cincinnati and ate a Cincinnati four-way with onion and did not die. Did I think it was good, or did I think it was piped-in directly from a sewer? TUNE IN TOMORROW AT 4:59 A.M. (And yes, the Cavs are still winning the title.)
