Todd Bowles, one of nine NFL head coaches who traveled to Columbus for Ohio State's pro day, praised Urban Meyer's ability to prepare players for the NFL.

"They're all mentally tough," Bowles said. "I think that's the biggest thing that he does that helps bring them to the league. They're mentally tough. The guys we have on our team that came from this university are mentally tough, so I credit him for that."

Last season, the Jets were home to four former Buckeyes — Darron Lee, Devin Smith, Nick Mangold and Jalin Marshall.

The Jets have the No. 6 pick in this year's NFL Draft, and many draft boards have them taking former Ohio State cornerback Marshon Lattimore.

That is, if he falls that far.
