Welcome to The Hurry Up, which runs Sunday through Thursday, serving as your last stop for recruiting news and notes nightly. We'll recap the day as it happened and preview the days ahead while keeping our ear to the ground on the Ohio State recruiting scene.

GREENE PLANNING WEEK LONG BUCKEYE VISIT

Last night, IMG Academy's Emmanuel Greene reached out to Eleven Warriors to inform us that he'd be making a lengthy visit to Ohio State in late June.

Greene is a 5-foot-9, 165-pound slot receiver – originally from Coconut Creek where he was teammates with Trayvon Mullen and Binjimen Victor – ranked as the country's 73rd best prospect in 2017 and is the 12th-ranked wide receiver in his class. A look at his highlight tape should give the uninitiated a glimpse into why.

So, what does a weeklong visit to Columbus in June mean for this South Florida native? Well, I'd hate to go on too much of a limb, but it would be a large-sized upset if went back home to Florida without committing to the Buckeyes.

Florida State, Miami and the usual SEC foes will continue to recruit Greene until signing day in 2017, but right now the Buckeyes are in a very comfortable position.

AUSTIN MACK TO MAKE ANOTHER STOP IN ANN ARBOR, THEN COLUMBUS

On Saturday, Ohio State's top 2016 wide receiver target – Indiana's Austin Mack – will visit Michigan again with his good friend Auston Robertson. The following day, the pair will head south to Columbus to take part in Nike's The Opening regional on the campus of Ohio State. The visit to Michigan is perhaps a bit more important to the Wolverines' hopes of landing Robertson, who is ranked as Indiana's top overall prospect, but they'll make another run to try and impress Mack as well. Both prospects are planning a June 7th announcement.

Mack is the country's 20th-ranked wide receiver, but has been at the top of the Buckeyes' list for over a year and remains their highest priority at the position. In fact, one source who saw the nation's top-ranked wide receiver, Nate Craig-Myers play this past weekend, was quick to let me know what he thought as far as comparing Mack to NCM.

"Austin Mack is better than Craig-Myers," the source told 11W. "Mark my words. It's not a knock on Nate, but Austin is just so underrated. I think he's the best wide receiver in the country."

If you want a chance to get to know a bit more about Mack, be sure to listen to Wednesday's Dubcast here on 11W, he'll be a special guest with Johnny and Citro.

CRAIG-MYERS, NIXON SPRING GAME HIGHLIGHTS

Don't be confused by the last quote from a source, the aforementioned Nate Craig-Myers, the country's top-ranked prospect at wide receiver, didn't disappoint in his spring game on Friday night. In fact, he displayed great speed, hands, size and an overall complete game. You can check out the highlights from Tampa Catholic's contest against River Ridge here.

Another big-time Buckeye target at wide receiver from Florida is Melbourne's Tre Nixon and he too had his spring game this weekend. Viera High School's 6-foot-1, 170-pound Nixon, one of the most offered prospects in the entire country, showed why.

The Buckeyes are in regular contact with Nixon, who is still narrowing down his many school choices, is reportedly leaning towards Notre Dame or Duke, but Tim Hinton's recruiting efforts – along with some help from Tony Alford – could get the Buckeyes another visit this summer.

ST. THOMAS AQUINAS SPRING GAME IN-DEPTH

The Miami-Herald had a full, in-depth review of St. Thomas Aquinas' spring football game, which featured a number of Buckeye targets including Nick Bosa, Trevon Grimes and Sam Bruce. As expected, the stars of the Raider football program made big waves and impressed everyone on hand. More importantly than the incredibly unnecessary high school spring game, at least for Buckeye fans, is the chance to hear from the prospects on hand who could end up in Columbus. But first, let's watch Sam Bruce embarrass pretty much everyone.

Bruce went on camera and essentially reaffirmed his commitment to Miami, and although Ohio State will continue to recruit him – he's too good not to – it's very unlikely that the electric playmaker ends up anywhere other than Coral Gables barring significant coaching changes at Miami.

Nick Bosa, tight-lipped as usual.

Grimes, who is hoping to visit the Buckeyes twice this summer, didn't get on camera but was clear about his recruiting at this point.

Another five-star, but in the Class of 2017, receiver Trevon Grimes lists Ohio State as his early front runner.

“They’re my leader. Definitely love everything about them,” says Grimes, who had a pair of touchdown receptions. “I love the great coaching staff, the atmosphere, the national champs.”

The St. Thomas Aquinas pipeline is alive and well for the Buckeyes.
