As we all know, the Cleveland Browns are not a good football team. Some believe that the Ohio State Buckeyes could beat them. But even if the Browns trade their talented players to try to build through the draft, somehow they always get it wrong. They also haven't found a long-term quarterback since before I was born. 

What do you guys think about the Browns drafting history, how do they keep getting it wrong, what should they do to improve their team, etc.
