Serious question, why doesn't MDH get more hype for the HOF? If you look at the defensive tackles in the hall, his qualifications match up well. He was in the league 10 years, made 6 Pro Bowls, and was All-Pro four times. I could be biased, but was Dan Hampton that much better than him? How about Art Donovan (never saw him play) who has similar All-Pro nominations? Was Lynn Swann so much better, again never saw him play, but again similar all star nominations and his career totals aren't any more impressive than Perry's. I'm not saying he is a sure fire hall of famer, but to get no consideration at all, is baffling to me. What do you guys think?
