Urban says he wants a 2 year commitment from his coaches, just curious if anyone else thinks this hurts recruiting? I realize we have the number 1 class currently, but just wondering if Urbans rule about 2 year commitment would have helped us land some of the guys they're missing out on. I also realize it's part of the business and all big time programs have staff turnover, but I've never heard of a coach talk about publicly that a coach has to stay 2 years. To me, it handcuffs you with someone like Beck.
