I saw a comment referring to the “standard” at Ohio State and wanted to open up a broader conversation here to better understand alumni/fans expectations as there is a ton of wide ranging thoughts about being the Head Coach of the Buckeyes. Some may compare the seat to that of a CEO at a storied/legacy company with a rich history. In this made up exercise, generally curious to hear opinions and thoughts on your expectations if you were the AD. How would you define the “standard” and what satisfies that? What is most important to you? The university? Things such as CFP titles, CFP appearances, B10 titles, record vs UM, recruiting, graduation, representation of the university, community involvement etc. 

Note: I for one feel Coach Day is doing an effective job wearing the hat, but that’s just my opinion.
