****UPDATE: Someone asked for salaries of current NFL Defensive Lineman from OSU. I posted in the comments below.****
Even though Larry Johnson made it seem normal, players like Noah Spence, Joey Bosa, Nick Bosa and Chase Young don't grow on trees. One thing was clear with each of them, all of them had multiple sacks their first two games in their sophomore years, and were well on their way to great seasons. Here are the 5 star DE's at OSU in their sophomore years. Cooper and Harrison had the injury bug so didn't get a full season.
The first four 5 stars were good right from the start as opposed to the latter four. I'm not sure why the sudden dropoff. These guys all had the same potential.
What do you think is the reason they never took off during their 2nd year (and beyond for Zach and Coop)?
As with all my articles, everybody gets an upvote.
