Starting doing the honey do’s last night, changing lightbulb’s. Hate late games. Woke up late last night and my first thought was “dam it I slept through the game”, just a minor freak out. Making a pot of Italian gravy from scratch, blanching my tomato’s as I type. Made it for the first time a few months back and just recently finished the last of what I had froze. Actually tastes better after being frozen. Still has that fresh tomato smell. One thing I’ll do differently after blanching I’m going to strain the tomato seeds out. Doesn’t ruin the sauce at all but looks better without the seeds. Will be doing pork chops and meat balls. Probably watch some of the earlier games and root for a Rutgers to make it painfully close just so we can hear them whining all week. Enjoy the day guys. 63-19, braska misses 2 pat’s.
