*Disclaimer* I normally think that "claiming" championships is goofy. Except, when you look back at history and what schools claim (including us) it gets a bit sketchy. Everyone's already done it. 

UCF claimed the NC last year. Our 2012, undefeated team was more impressive against a better schedule. So, to quote Russell Westbrook... Why Not?

Honestly, this whole claiming sketchy championships is whack, IMO, but since everyone's already done it -- our 2012 team should do it too. Shed light on the absurdity of it all.  

It might help move the system to more of a true playoff (IMO - needs to be 8 teams to include 5 Power 5 champions and 3 at-large best of the rest to truly be legitimate.
