Not sure if anyone was aware of this, but I found it to be very interesting. Verlon Reed (former Ohio State wide receiver from 2010-2012) is the starting quarterback for the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles in the IFL. What makes this most interesting, is that the Screaming Eagles are the first professional team to have every single play called entirely by their fans. It looks like he has been doing pretty well and in the second week made history behind him completing 25 of 33 passes for 211 yards and five passing touchdowns, while adding 12 carries for 60 yards on the ground in the 42-41 overtime victory, which marked the first time any fan play-called team won a game.
