I'm a relative newcomer to the bourbon scene thanks to my new low carb lifestyle - so I'm far from an aficionado- so I ask my 11W brethren (especially Ramzy) - what should the signature cocktail bourbon drink be?  All I could come up with was the classic "Old Fashioned" - any suggestions would be awesome!  GoBucks :)
