Was on a conference call at work today listening to Dr. Kevin Elko, who is an author and motivational speaker.  Apparently he is close with Saban and other sports teams and often speaks to Bama's players.  

Elko talks about when we beat Bama and Saban asks, "what is that wristband Urban was wearing on the sidelines?"  "E+R=O" he tells Saban.

"I need to get me one of those" Saban says.  

Keep trying, Saban!  You can't replicate Urban's process.  As they say, "imitation is the highest form of flattery."
