There may be some truth to this, so don't dismiss the notion. You can't tell me the commitee would have picked iowa over osu in the playoffs selection if forced. Also, it doesn't hurt a thing to move osu to 7, and get the matchup the rose wants, and a chance for the home team to win. This would be far easier than to rank osu 5, where they belong, and bypass them and pick#7 iowa.
