Two things I have said about Penn State over the years:

1) They are NOT our rivals as much as they would like us to consider them to be

2) The Nittany Lion roar piped through their loudspeakers is one of the most annoying things in all of sports (OK, the Gator chop is pretty bad too).

This is embarrassing for PSU fans:

Fans try to do the roar ... unsuccessfully

The blackout is a great response to their whiteout, I wonder if there is any way we could get back at PSU for perpetrating that annoying roar, maybe every time the buckeye defense forces the lions to punt away the ball all the fans yell "MEOW" at the same time?  Probably couldn't convince the administration to pipe a pathetic kitty meow through the loudspeakers lol.

Any other ideas, or any other annoying sports traditions anyone wants to share?
