Not to put the cart in front of the horse, but last night may not have been the cure for the B1G's perception woes...which will certainly hurt when it comes to playoffs.
We all can probably agree that for the B1G to get the respect that we want, we must have more than 2 teams at the top.
So today, it is us and MSU, with a side order of Nebraska.
Penn State and Wisconsin still garner SOME respect.
Minnesota seems good, but nobody outside of the B1G would know it or believe it.
So for the good of the B1G, I am really hoping that Jim Harbaugh gets the job at Michigan.
Imagine a conference that has three excellent coaches, that can recruit nationally. Even though it will make it harder on the good guys, it would put us in the best position for success on a national stage.
Thoughts?
