I haven't seen any other posts on the topic so I want to state how well the 6:00 PM start works for everyone.

1. Urban has time to get recruits to the game.

2. Students have time to wake up. Crowd has ample tailgate time. 

3. Game is over in time for crowd to have late meal and/or round of drinks. Big win for Columbus bars and restaurants, especially in campus vicinity. 

4. OSU gets ROI on permanent lights. 

Unfortunately only BTN seems able to accommodate this start time. OSU is obligated to appear on BTN at least twice per season. You can bet OSU will lobby for those two games to be 6:00 PM starts.
