Four-star shooting guard JaQuan Lyle starts his freshman year for Ohio State  Lyle posted a before-and-after photo of himself, showing off what appears to be his new body. He’s lost 14 points and nearly 4% body fat ahead of his first semester. He definitely looks far more tone than he did before
