Apparently Kansas State has accused Auburn of stealing signs. FSU made the same accusations in the title game. We also see these accusations in baseball on occasion.

My question is, is that wrong? Isn't that part of the strategy? Like a "tell" in poker? Or watching the RB's eyes or positioning?

Also, if they're so concerned, why doesn't eh NCAA finance headsets for all the D1 schools? It's not like they cant afford it, and obviously the major programs can afford it as well but maybe the North Texas' or MTSU programs cannot.
