Seems as though Penn State is going to sneak up on some folks based mostly off the soft schedule they play.  UCF is arguably their toughest OOC opponent, they haven't lost yet (and they shouldn't have lost by this point), and their two toughest games are against tOSU and Sparty.  I'd say at worst they're looking at 10-2 right now and I base that off the fact that they should be favored in every game except those two.

Penn State is probably going to find themselves in a rather meaningful bowl game, only further strengthening the recruiting machine James Franklin is building there.
