Hey guys,

My teenage brother might be suffering from runners knee running in cross country. I advised him to go see a sports doctor but I'm really unsure how it work. Would he need to get a referral from his family doctor or can he just make an appointment at a sports clinic of some sort? I would prefer him not waiting months and months for an appointment.
