With the temperatures dropping, this is the time of year that many house fires will occur. Unfortunately there have been several deadly house fires in the Central Ohio area this past week.
Quick Tips
- Please check/test your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors to see if they are working properly.
- You need to have at least one smoke alarm on every level of your house.
- It is wise to have smoke alarms outside of your bedroom doors and near your kitchen.
- Go over evacuation plans / escape routes with your kids.
- Have a family meeting place outside of the house.
