Need advice guys

im in a keeper league. I'm keeping Peyton manning.  Friend of mine is keeping Marshawn lynch.

i have fourth pick.  He wants to give me Marshawn lynch for me to pick for him in the second round (essentially give him my pick).

Am I missing something? Is beast mode expected to lose production?  Should I do this.

Advice?
