Just a prelude to Ryan Damn Shazier winning it next year

Unreal that Jarvis Jones didn't win this.  The voters are so irresponsible with their votes it's ridiculous.  There wasn't a more disruptive defensive player in America than Jones this year.  He has better stats,  in 10 games and the 2 games he missed were UK and Florida Atlantic.  Those would of boosted his numbers even more.  I hate that the awards are nothing more than a popularity contest anymore and people don't take into account what actually happened on the field.

Compare his stats with Shazier's stats.  Shazier had better stats except for in INT and fumble recovery.  Te'o had 7 INT and 1 FR.  Shazier had 1 INT and 0 FR.  Shazier had 12 more total tackles, more of his tackles were solo.  He had more TFL.  More sacks.  Reminds me of A.J. Hawk getting screwed over by Paul Posluszny.
