Ugh, as much as I can't stand Notre Dame and think they're perennially overrated, Big Game Bob has proven to be anything but. Note his shining bowl record at Oklahoma:
- 1999: LOSS v. Ole Miss
- 2002: LOSS v. LSU
- 2003: LOSS v. USC
- 2006: LOSS v. Boise State
- 2007: LOSS v. West Virginia
- 2008: LOSS v. Florida (woot woot Urban Meyer!!)
He's 3/8 in the BCS, including a 2010 Fiesta Bowl against an 8-4 UConn team that should have just been put out of its misery via Sarin gas and/or poisoned pudding to avoid the humiliation of representing the worst league in the FBS.

Clearly, the man has no idea how to call a game where he's not winning by two touchdowns in the first quarter (see: Red River Rivalry 2010, 2011, 2012) and today's outcome should come as no surprise to anybody. No, ND is not back. OU has just reverted to their mean.

**** fixed some dates for you
also leaving off 7 Bowl Wins, including 2 BCS wins and a BCS NC, is sort of selective criticism.

Let's keep in mind that Jim Tressel is 1 questionable call away from being 0-3 in BCS National Championship games.
