"Pomeroy's system calculates similarity scores for players' individual seasons, and Sullinger's 2010-11 comps are as such: 2007-08 Kevin Love, 2005-06 Tyler Hansbrough, 2007-08 Blake Griffin, 2007-08 Matt Howard and 2006-07 Greg Oden. That's lofty stuff."
That's why the whole draft thing for Big Ol' Sully bothers me
Selfishly, I am an advocate of Sully dropping to a good team. I would like to see him compete as a role player for an NBA Title.
If he was on a team like Golden State, Cleveland, or another team playing for the future, we'd probably never hear about him or his team on the national level.
Oh, don't get me wrong, Cleveland can definitely be good, but probably still a year or two away from being a legit competitor. Unless you're a top 4 seed in the NBA these days, you usually have no shot to compete for a title.
I was referring to Sullinger going to Boston, Memphis, or a team that easily makes the playoffs every year. That would be fun to watch.

Hey now, Cleveland could be a decent team next year, especially with Irving, Thompson, and the addition of a SG like Beal or Barnes.

Agreed. I think he'd be great in Boston, and the Cavs are probably 2 years out in my mind. They need a SG and a big man that can stay healthy.
@BB, but if someone would've red flagged Oden, the NBA would be thankful for it
