Poor SEC fans . . . they'll never be able to read through that document. No wonder they're delusional about Bama/Auburn, Florida/Georgia, etc.

UT football players should get extra credit if they can count to 100.

I love that the major evidence for the proclamation was an ESPiN voter poll. There is no way that poll would go our way now. ESPiN would not allow it.

Oh, there are so many other things I wish congress were focused upon in the year 2002-03. I feel I can comment because I was there, multiple times, and now I'll shut my pie-hole lest I break my own rules. In the spirit of 11w, I will not delve deeper and beg you brothers and sisters to abide (shut-up self!) :P. Anyway, I agree with H.RES.460.IH. Plus they mention THE Ohio State University before UoM so there's that, indelibly written into our country's history...Go Bucks, Go USA. Cool find, this.
