Pitt is notorious for going down early. I barely like them to get past today. The coin flick picked them to beat the Shockers but I'm not confident in that pick.
Yeah, I flipped on that pick in my polls. I did 3 total. I know one has Wichita St. winning it and the other has Pitt. Not sure what my 11W one is though. I think I went with the Shockers there as well.
The last time Pitt won more than two games in the tourney was 2009.
2009 - As a one lost at the very end to Nova in the Elite 8.
2010 - Three seed and lost in second round to Xavier.
2011 - A one seed lost to Butler in the second round.

He played at my alma mater here around Pgh. - Kiski Prep. I think he also has a brother who is over 7'2". Anyways, he transferred to Huntington Prep in West Virginia, and is now a freshman at NMSU.
