Another late one, but it's has to be better than the hot garbage that was Brigham Young at Boise State last week, right? Right?

Um. Go Browns?
Game is still 0-0. Although Cribbs just got rocked by a Bush League hit and fumbled a punt return.
Glad he's not dead. That was brutal.
Nice special teams effort
An angry fan...rooting for an angry team...led by angry coaches
Browns D has looked solid for the most part..until this drive. Offense too inconsistent.

Agreed. Cleveland's offense will drive and then shoot themselves in the foot, like getting a holding call. Cleveland has been jobbed by these refs already.
Cleveland needs some offensive weapons like Luke Fickell needs a shut out this weekend. I don't want to say 0-16 because I like the D a little but man..offense is anemic!

Robert Woods would be a godsend in this year's draft.
Word. Man Trent runs HARD! Weeden has nice pocket presence.

What is going on? 94 yard TD drive against the Ravens? Unheard of.
Flawless drive. Ravens might not cover tonight.

It sounds like Dabo Sweeney is an entitled little bitch. This is perfect because I've been looking for someone new to loathe.
These refs should have stayed on strike
I would love to see Stanford's coaching philosophy one day at Ohio State, it will probably happen someday I suppose.
^ I love that. I am a minor closet Stanford fan. Love what they're doing up there in the bay. Very physical team that executes the fundamentals very well.

Agreed. Love how Stanford plays. They look like a 1970s NFL team. Although I do love how Oregon plays too.
I love watching Stanford as well, they have somehow found a way to develop qbs and te's very successfully while at the same time have a very physical ground attack. Many teams like that just have game managers, not Stanford. Plus the 3-4 is wonderful and I just love that defense, maybe someday the silver bullets will have a 3-4, never know.
Enjoy watching Stanford too. Very disciplined, patient, and fundamentally sound. My kind of football.
I take it all back? hahaha Missed tackles and dropped passes....sounds familiar. Hopefully, we show what fundamental football looks like this weekend :)
I like to choose a favorite team in each conference. Stanford is my favorite pac12 team. Also like Oregon state. As far ohio state running a 3-4 someday, u have to put talent on the field. Right now the bucks have more talent on the Dline than LB. therefore a 4-3 is the way to go. For now... But if u look at what elite nfl defenses r doing... 3-4 could b great if they recruit the talent for it at LB.
I agree, they couldn't do it right now. You have to admit though it would be really nice to see down the line and I think Hankins would make a stud nose tackle. Obviously it is just a little fantasy of mine, maybe some day. The thing about the 3-4 though is that it is not just about recruiting talent but specific positions as an olb in 3-4 is very different than in a 4-3.
I agree. Stanford has been getting constant penetration, making tackles & it's because of angles & proper tackling technique as well as talented LBs being in the proper position. They play great defense. I'd take this performance at Ohio State any day.
Lol, open mouth insert foot on the Stanford tackling on that 6 min something td by Washington. Love college football...
I have to say, the Browns defense looked VERY impressive in the first half.

The D-line/Linebackers looked good. Jauron was a good hire. The offense needs to find a way to not be so inconsistent.
They've looked really good all season, the offense is bad.
Yeah not a bad looking D for a unit with really no star power or consistent pro bowlers.

Former Buckeye recruit/target CB Wayne Lyons is a pretty good starting corner for the Cardinal this year. Wonder what's up with that LB from Georgia that picked Stanford over us..forgot his name?

Holy S@#t...!!! Mark May just picked the Buckeyes tonight over MSU during half time of Wash/Stanford game! Is he doing that to jinx them...I can't tell...??? Still in utter disbelief to be honest.......

It's obvious to me that he's been brainwashed by Mugatu.
Yeah, but he called BM "Braxton Smith." He still bugs the heck out of me. ;-)
J/K - I was really surprised by that too. Especially with the way we've "underperformed" - he LOVES pointing out whenever the Bucks are playing without intensity or uninspired or whatever.
I'm sure he lost a bet with Lou or something.
It suprsied the heck out of me too lol, was expecting him to pick MSU while also getting a shot in on osu.
Favorite Buckeye: Obviously BJ Mullens
Lulz, this Browns game is bat shit crazy.
Quite the game in Baltimore, it looks like it's weeden's moment to shine.
Ugh. I hate Baltimore.
Seriously. I hate the Ravens more than Steelers. F*ck the Ravens. Also Kruger is complete white trash, all of his little antics throughout the game. Weeden was the right draft pick for what it's worth.
I have a grudging respect and deep hatred for both teams. But, for what it's worth, the shot on Cribbs should have been a personal foul. That was a clear helmet-to-helmet.
Also, Weeden's been solid these past couple games. I'm interested to see how he does from here, doesn't seem to be as mobile as my "Ginga Ninja" Andy Dalton, but he's definitely got better arm strength.
Oh that hit on Cribbs was definitely Bush League. Greg Little needs to quit with the stone hands, the same goes for Jordan Norwood. That was a game that Cleveland had legitimate chance at winning. I like Dalton, but I really like Weeden's potential, he's done a good job of silencing the doubters after his first game.
crazy end to that Stanford game
I live in Seattle, UW is my Pac 12 team (as long as they're not playing my Bucks).
Great win. Oddly enough, UW is the only Pac 12 team with an all time winning record over Stanford. Only a margin of 3 games (with tonight), but still interesting.
