I want to get to the final four and take a NC out from under their noses. It's not afraid, it's choosing the battles.
Bring them on. After losing to vandy I just don't see how any legit top ten team doesn't beat them. IU beat them and they are a middle of the road big ten team.
I just hope getting away from big ten play is what this team needs.
Kentucky in the Georgia Dome is the exact scenario I was worried about a week ago.
But I'm starting to think it's going to happen. I can't justify seeding Missouri lower than us (as the de facto #8 team in the field) after they won the Big 12, and the computer seems to favor Duke over us for some reason.

Although i would have liked to win that game, there are plenty of reasons not to worry too much.
1. third game in 3 days
2. we dont have as much depth as MSU so our shooting and legs were bound to be a lil off today.
3. without the foul trouble for craft and sully i believe we still would have won... we just need to be more careful.
4. we will never have to play back to back again so if we keep up what happened the first two games of the big ten tourney we will be okay.

i over looked that indiana game but i doubt on neutral setting that indiana wins again, and duke is over rated i dont like them getting past baylor, but Baylor may get em with their athleticism
I overlook the Indiana game as well since it was in Bloomington, and we know how that goes. However, I can see Coach K out coaching Calipari.

It's the same for OSU. Pittsburg is 2 or 3 hours from Columbus, and we travel well.
Yeah, but they make an effort to put the top 4 seeds close to home that first weekend if they can. That's a huge break for a team that's among the lower seeded at-larges...not that we can't and won't beat them if they top Gonzaga.
I think Syracuse is the weakest of the three top seeds they could have put us with, so I can't complain at all about this region.

Florida state is pretty much Purdue on steroids...if we are off our offensive game (presuming we get that far) we will be in trouble against them

TV times for the first round (I refuse to acknowledge the new numbering system), I believe, won't be announced for a couple days. Times for the second round are announced Friday for the Saturday games and Saturday for the Sunday games.

Kentucky is the current fad. I think they are not overrated, but overhyped.
I really think the South is the toughest region. Kentucky looks like they got punished for their success.
And, yes, I too believe they are overrated because they come from the weakazz SEC.
Heck, Kentucky could lose to either (8 seed) Iowa State or (9 seed) UCONN in the second round.
