ESPN has a link on their frontpage reporting that Jamaal Berry was involved in an assault Wed. morning.  That's about all it says.

Real fans stay for Carmen.

madhatterhater's picture

Yeah the AP report left out a lot, but should we be suprised.

Tsun up 14-0 already...uggh

BUCKEYES BABY!

Johnny Ginter's picture

minnestoa is 100% terrible, man. nothing on that team works

Ethan's picture

Anybody watching the A&M-Arkansas game?

Jason Priestas's picture

Yes. Looking forward to seeing Petrino in tears.

Ethan's picture

Agreed. Ryan Swope is nasty. He's the Sanzenbacher of the Aggies -- great hands, always dependable, bigger heart than anyone on the field

Ethan's picture

Nothing to do with him being white. They're both similarly talented

JakeBuckeye's picture

Come on man, you and I both know that it has everything to do with them being white, "scappy", "big-hearted" recievers ;)

Buckeyejason's picture

How did Minnesota hang with USC? I mean I know the Trojans aren't great but they still almost won that game.

The scary thing is..Ichigan isn't just scoring a lot of points like they did last year, they're keeping the teams they've been playing out of the endzone, unlike last season.

BUCKEYES BABY!

Ethan's picture

The only team they've played with a pulse is ND though. They may well get 8 wins this year, but that's 90% attributed to the ease of the schedule

Bucks's picture

While this is borderline as far as praise for that state up north, it is meant only towards the individual:

Denard Robinson has the best vision as far as rushing I have ever seen. You can see him planning his second & third cut before the first tackler even gets to him.

With that said, Minnesota is truly yucky. Yikes.

Buckeyejason's picture

On another note. Illinois is not very good. We "shouldn't" struggle with them but they always bring their A-game against us.

BUCKEYES BABY!

JakeBuckeye's picture

But on another note, are we very good? Hate to go there.

Buckeyejason's picture

No we're not. But I think we should be getting better each game....I hope so.

BUCKEYES BABY!

Buckeyejason's picture

I mean really, 31-0 before the half?

These teams are making Michigan look elite. Makes me sick.

BUCKEYES BABY!

JakeBuckeye's picture

If you thought Michigan fans were bad about their "success" early last year...

Rooster Buckburn's picture

is it to early to begin the 'Hoke is winning with Rich Rod's players' drivel?

M Man's picture

It's not too early because it is 100% true; we are winning with Rodriguez players, most particularly Denard Robinson -- the one big-program coach who recruited him as a QB was Rich Rodriguez.  Not Urban Meyer.  Not Bobby Bowden.  Not Mark Richt.  Not Nick Saban.

And no; no smart Michigan fan is saying anything other than that the whole season is still in front of this team, and that so far they have proven nothing other than that are willing to go to work.

RE: 2011 Strength of Schedule ranking, Week 4:

http://www.teamrankings.com/college-football/ranking/strength-of-schedule-by-team

1.  Eastern Michigan

...

5.  Notre Dame

...

26.  Western Michigan

...

32.  Michigan

...

34.  San Diego State

...

37.  Akron

...

47.  Miami (Yes that Miami)

48.  Ohio (Not that Ohio)

...

52.  Sparty State

...

54.  Toledo (How can this be?  America's hard-luck underrated team.)

...

64.  Nebraska

...

81.  Wisconsin  (How can this be?  America's cupcake schedule with extra frosting.)

...

83.  Miami (Not that Miami)

...

100.  The Ohio Buckeyes (Yes that Ohio State.)

You were saying something about easy schedules?

JakeBuckeye's picture

If you think Michigan has had a harder schedule than Ohio State thus far you be trippin'.

M Man's picture

Hey, tell it to the computer program.  Personally, I have been very high on Toledo this year.  The quietest good football team in America.

Anyway, I didn't invent these numbers.  I don't even understand how games with Colorado and Miami left you so low on the Strength of Schedule rank.  But in any event, it's not exactly grounds for picking on Michigan's schedule.  Whenever your schedule is below "Wisconsin" on any strength of schedule rank, it is a subject that you probably don't wanna talk about.

JakeBuckeye's picture

Isn't that ranking list over the entire year? Not just the first five games?

madhatterhater's picture

I thought OSU had the worst qb situation this year, but Penn State is much worse.

Anybody in the NYC area going to Mannys today? If so shoot me a note

Jason Priestas's picture

A little surprising (to me at least), but Berry is dressed and warming up today.

JakeBuckeye's picture

I guess me and you differ, because that is VERY surprising to me.

SEATTLE BUCKEYE's picture

Texas A&M must love building big leads and then letting the oppenent come back and win
