Happy 4th of July Weekend
Here’s to plenty of fireworks at Ohio Stadium this upcoming season.Have a great holiday weekend and please remember all of our service men and women who help keep this country free, so we can enjoy things like college football. A special shout out to all of our loyal 11W military readers, like Buckeye Chief and Officer Polgar, who check in from around the world to keep up with Ohio State athletics.

Years ago (1998) when I was in the Persian Gulf, websites like this were only a dream. With no real media of American TV, we were starved for information. Now it is much easier to keep up to date on the Bucks.
You should have seen the line of Troops waiting at the BX(store on base) the day the spring football preview magazines arrived.
I know I have told you before, but you help keep up the morale of deployed Buckeye fans. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Good interview with Brian Rolle. Says he is “different” than James Laurinaitis. i think so too, and Im excited to watch this guy this fall. Happy 4th!!!
let me tell you all story about brian rolle:
way back in the day (in 2006), when he was being recruited by OSU, the buckeye planet message boards were speculating on if he’d sign, when, etc. then comes the verbal announcement from rolle and everybody is happy. HOWEVER, rumors come around during the following weeks that he’s de-committed and might sign with *gasp* florida. uncertainty continues until signing day, and rolle’s girlfriend dies which is very sad and everyone just kind of feels like crap.
then a miraculous thing happens. brian rolle posts in his own thread. and it rules.
