Laurinaitis, Jenkins, Robiskie and Boeckman were named captains for the 2008 season. I can't imagine anyone having too many beefs with those four.
Laurinaitis becomes the first two-time captain in seven years (and we're not printing the name of the last person to do that for fear of jinxing this season.)

Thank you for not printing Steve Bellisari's name. I choose to delete his years as the starting QB from my memory.

yeah he was bad, but it's not like anyone ever expected him to be any good. justin zwick as QB was generally far more infuriating, and with ross... ugh. the first half of the 2004 season nearly drove me over the edge
i mean, holy shit i'm looking at these box scores, and without mike nugent we would've started 1-5
Hey Mitch- Thank you for priting his name. I don't really mind seeing his name or the memory of him. But.... your comment sucks and irony's head just blew up.
I really think Marcus Freeman should've been named captain also. He's a class guy, a leader on the defense, and other than the game against Illinois, he's been an absolute stud tackler - go re-watch last year's Michigan game and see him rule.
