What a difference three weeks of an offseason can make! Remember when 78% of a statistically-significant sample of Ohio State fans indicated dissatisfaction with the direction of the football program less than 48 hours after the Cotton Bowl ended?

We might have to run that poll back in a few days, because the reactionary nature of Buckeye fans has become too amusing to ignore. Johnny and I make that a pretty consistent theme on the Eleven Dubcast this week in discussing the recent welcoming of Caleb Downs, Julian Sayin, and Bill O'Brien to Columbus.

Additionally the Dubcast discussion also covers:

  • Women's basketball just beat the #2 team in the country in front of the largest crowd to attend a WBB game in Ohio State history!
  • Once again, what are the rules and etiquette for storming the court?
  • If Julian Sayin's obvious nickname going forward is "Super," then who across the history of Ohio State football would serve as Krillin?
  • Ask Us Anything! — writers to dubcast@elevenwarriors.com this week inquired about many topics, such as what is the most irritating quirk you have for the people that live with you?
  • C.J. Stroud's remarkable rookie season finally ends in Baltimore, but the future in Houston remains bright and plenty of Buckeyes are still in the NFL Playoffs.
  • Jim Harbaugh continues to interview for NFL gigs, but why is it taking so long?
  • A discussion on the significance of Sports Illustrated largely going under, and what it says about the current sports media landscape relative to outlets such as Eleven Warriors.

Thank you for tuning in, and make sure to follow the Dubcast on Twitter to stay updated on next week's and all future episodes! Swing by the 11W Dry Goods store in the meantime!
