This has been a difficult, stressful week, both here in Columbus and nationally. If your first impulse is to want to tune it out and decompress, well, that's honestly about all anybody wants right now. That's totally understandable. But what I'd ask is that you shoulder some discomfort to engage with what's happening.

The Dubcast this week is about two things: Dionte' Johnson's incredibly noble reaction to his store, Sole Classics, being damaged and looted in the protests of the past several days, and Seth Towns standing up for what's right in admirable fashion.

And that's it! We'll be back to our regular selves next time, probably with some goofy sports movie takes, but for now, don't forget to listen, think, and donate to one or two of the many great causes around Columbus if you can.

Woody would be proud.

Woody is in the suit at the bottom, with his head bowed.

Thanks as always to you for listening to us, thanks to Travis for the logo, and we'll see you next time.
