The Olympics just got real for Ohio State junior wrestler Kyle Snyder.

Snyder, who will represent Team U.S.A. at 97kg, took part on his country's team walk during the opening ceremony of the summer games in Rio de Janeiro Friday night.

Following the team entrance, Snyder posed for this photo featuring new Buckeye assistant coach Tervel Dlagnev (125kg), former Iowa wrestler Dan Dennis (57kg) and Penn State assistant coach Frank Molinaro (65kg).

Dlagnev quest for gold kicks off at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, Aug. 20, while Snyder's first Olympic match takes place the following day at 7:30 a.m. ET.
