Depth is important when one starts discussing a 16- or 17-game season.

On the defensive side of the football, perhaps no position group takes more of a beating than the defensive line. With Kenyatta Jackson Jr. and Caden Curry clear options to back up Jack Sawyer and JT Tuimoloau at defensive end, developing defensive tackles behind Ty Hamilton and Tyleik Williams is of paramount importance this spring.

Hero Kanu and Kayden McDonald played some last year and have taken steps this spring, but Jason Moore is the player getting the most buzz from defensive line coach Larry Johnson. The coach and player discussed this week how his length could be a real asset at the three-technique defensive tackle spot.

Thursday also brought a chance to talk to Ohio State's tight ends, a position group that provides plenty of intrigue. Jelani Thurman and Will Kacmarek are competing behind Gee Scott Jr. while Bennett Christian attempts to enter the conversation for playing time as well after he was suspended last season.

Eleven Warriors' Andy Anders and Dan Hope shared their thoughts on both these topics on the latest episode of Press Coverage, which you can watch in the video above.
