Marvin Harrison Jr. will not work out at Ohio State's pro day on Wednesday.

According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, Harrison has informed NFL teams that he will not participate in the event's drills and tests. His decision is not unexpected, as Harrison passed on workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis a few weeks back.

At Ohio State, Harrison collected 155 receptions for 2,613 yards and 31 touchdowns in 38 appearances. He was a two-time Big Ten Receiver of the Year and one-time Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year. He also was one of four finalists for the 2023 Heisman Trophy, coming in fourth place behind Jayden Daniels, Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix.

In April, Harrison – who does not have an agent – will look to become one of the highest-drafted wide receiver prospects in recent history, joining an elite cast of pass-catchers like Julio Jones (No. 6 overall in 2011), Ja'Marr Chase (No. 5 overall in 2021), A.J. Green (No. 4 overall in 2011) and Calvin Johnson (No. 2 overall in 2007). He is expected to be the highest-drafted Ohio State wide receiver ever, surpassing Terry Glenn, who was the No. 7 overall pick in 1996.

Buckeyes expected to participate in Ohio State's pro day include Xavier Johnson, Cade Stover, Matt Jones, Mike Hall, Tommy Eichenberg, Steele Chambers and Josh Proctor. Current Ohio State quarterbacks Will Howard and Devin Brown will also be involved and throw passes to Johnson and Stover.

Ohio State's pro day will start at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
